That Store Your Friend Told You About.
Relove Exchange is a buy sell trade resale clothing company.
We put cash back in our customer's wallets, for more shopping.
"I've bought some really nice clothes. I've worn it a couple times, I'm tired of it or it doesn't fit me- where can I make a little bit of money off of it?"

We understand that many students, expats, tourists, and locals don't have time to sell their old clothes and money to spend on new clothes.
Other than spending hours standing in the rain at flea markets with enormous piles of clothing that sell for only 50 cents, or taking photos and selling each item online, we created a new solution for an immediate reward.
Unlike consignment stores which require your clothing items to sell before you can get paid, if we think we can resell them - we will buy your clothes from you on-the-spot.
Our Mission

We aim to fill the gap that has long existed in Amsterdam's secondhand clothing market, while also elongating the life cycle of clothing. Our goal is to create a fresh and exciting way to connect men & women’s closets and reduce clothing wastage in the Netherlands.

We buy directly from the public everyday, which means our stock is a reflection of the current trends in our community.
Similar to shopping from your friend's closets!

Our team has secured backing from venture capitalists and a host of prominent angel investors. We are on our way to changing the circular fashion economy of the Netherlands, but really, we’re just getting started.

De Regenboog Groep (English site): De Regenboog Groep works to improve the lives of those living in (many kinds of) poverty. Please contact them before donating.
Packmee: Grab a box and stuff it with all your unwanted but useable clothes, shoes, bathroom / kitchen towels, glasses, and even hearing aids. You can give the box to the post office…for free! They will send it to the organisation. Packmee will sell the donated clothes to specialised companies that will sort out the boxed. Most clothes will be worn again and a small amount will be recycled. They say that they give at least 50% of the income to the charities KiKa or Kinderpostzegels. Go here for a complete list of acceptable items.
Stichting Babyspullen: This foundation collects baby items for low-income parents-to-be. Around the city, red containers are waiting for your donation of baby stuff such as clothes sizes 50 to 92, bottles, and more. In Amsterdam, the containers are at different locations.
Kringloopwinkels: Second-hand stores throughout the city will gladly accept your used clothing and household items.
Volksbond will pick up clothes you donate, usually the same day.
The Salvation Army and Sympany have clothing collection bins in most neighborhoods. Sympany accepts clothing in worn/threadbare condition for recycling.
Speelgoedbank: This organisation provides new and used toys to low-income parents in Amsterdam. Check their website for donation days and accepted items.

3. Marktplaats: Online is a great way to sell your items. This is the Dutch type of "Craigslist" where you can post anything you want to sell and where you are located, so someone can pick it up. You can also start bids on your items, and the variety is extremely wide (for example: furniture, cars, and clothes!) https://www.marktplaats.nl/
