How do the payouts work when I sell clothes?
For any item that is a good match for our store, our buyers assign the item a selling price.
Sellers receive 20% of that selling price in cash or 40% in store credit.
When do I get paid?
You will be paid CASH or STORE CREDIT instantly for any items that we are able to purchase. Just stop by the cash register before you leave to claim your credit.
What items do you not accept?
We do not accept lingerie, used swimwear, or makeup for hygiene and cleanliness purposes.

What happens after I sell to ReLove Exchange?
After you sell your clothes, your buyer will let you know the options for how much you would receive in store credit or cash. You may take your time and shop before making a decision. When you are ready to leave, stop by the register to pick up your cash, a card with store credit, or a combination of both.
Many customers use their store credit to pay for something new, and then take the rest in cash.
How do I bring in my items?
We ask that your items are freshly laundered and brought in without hangers and in baskets, plastic bins, or bags. All items should be in good condition and without stains, fading, holes, broken zippers, missing buttons.
How long does the process take to buy my items?
We go through your items right away and will get them back to you as quickly as we can. ReLove exchange buys are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Depending on the time and day that you come, the times may vary depending on how many people are in front of you.
Do you take mens clothes too?

Yes! We sell both men and women's like-new fashion.
Do you take business suits?

We buy modern, slim-fit suits and blazers. It all depends on the style!
Can I send you a photo of my clothes to receive an offer?

We have to see the items in person before we can say whether or not we would buy them. Just stop by our store and one of our buyers will be more than happy to help you!
How do you decide what to buy?

Since our sellers never have to wait for their items to sell, we take the risk and buy on-the-spot. We make the decision based on styles that are selling well for us. We review our inventory everyday to see which items are selling quickly, and which ones are sticking around.
How do you price the item?

We price items based on style, condition and original retail value.
Do you take all sizes?
​
Yes, we buy all men and women's adult sizes, including plus and petite sizes. However, we do not buy children's clothing or accessories.
Do you buy prom dresses or bridal gowns?

Our shoppers are more interested in short cocktail attire and everyday dresses over formal items that are worn for 1 or 2 occasions.
Is there a limit to how much I can bring?
Feel free to bring any clothing or accessories you are selling over to us. There is no appointment necessary and no limit to the amount of items you can bring. If there is anything we buy for the store, your buyer will assign it a selling price and you'll receive 40% in store credit or 20% in cash.
What is your return policy?
​Returns are accepted within 5 days accompanied by receipt and tags still attached, for store credit only. All Sale Items are FINAL SALE.
Are there restrictions for selling my items?
To sell clothes at ReLove, you must be at least 18 years old (or accompanied by an Adult or Friend that is Older Than 18). When you provide us a valid government issued ID (Driver's License, Passport, or ID Card), then you can sell with us.
What brands do you buy?
Any brand, as long as it is in style and good condition. We buy brands that are popular today, but we are open to any of the items that you bring! Customers especially love brands like LuLuLemon, Louis Vuitton, TopShop, River Island, Free People, Prada, Rag and Bone, Coach, Alexander Wang, Kate Spade, Alice and Olivia, Nike, Zara, Urban Outfitters, Vince Camuto, Alexander McQueen, Off-White, AND MANY MORE. We buy items that are in great condition, mostly in-season, and in-style.
Can I bring items that are NOT in-season?
Yes! However, because we have limited space, we are more picky about buying out of season clothing. It depends on the style and current store inventory.
Do you buy shoes or accessories?
Yes! We buy, sell and trade shoes, handbags, belts, hats, accessories and jewellery.
Do you guarantee that items are authentic if they are designer merchandise?
Absolutely. Our buyers are trained to know whether items are authentic or not for popular designer items.
